During Motor City Barbell 101 we will work with barbells and other odd objects (kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, etc) to shape, mold and carve your body into a STRONG and CAPABLE piece of art. Learn to become a STRONGER, HEALTHIER, HAPPIER version of yourself. All skill levels are welcome. Beginners and Advanced lifters will still find their place here!
Motor City Barbell BLAST
Unleash your full potential with this full body BLAST. During Motor City Barbell BLAST you will be challenged and pushed to achieve more than you thought was possible. Together, as a group, we will work, achieve, and EMPOWER each other through circuits of exercises. Group warms ups and cool downs are also included during class.
Motor City Barbell Intro Course
We all have to start somewhere and this is where we begin your new journey. During Motor City Barbell Intro Course we will learn to move efficiently while performing the three big BARBELL movements of SQUAT, PRESS, DEADLIFT. These classes are perfect for those who are new to barbell movements and those just getting back to working out. Up to 4 individuals per class led and instructed by onsite coach for 1 on 1 attention.

Fitness Consultation with Motor City Barbell
Sit down in private with a coach to establish a fitness routine that will establish you on the right path to your goals. During this meeting you and your coach will work together to create the best approach to fitness at your current physical condition. Goal setting, short and long distant will be made priority. Together as a team, your coach and you will be set up for success!
