My love for weightlifting and fitness came from discovering gymnastics in high school. I loved learning new things and finding the discipline that it takes to build new skills. After high school, I was always in search of how I could find a way to dial into that same feeling, and how I could spread that feeling to others. Throughout college, I coached recreational gymnastics and developed a love for sharing health and wellness. I always knew that I wanted to make a career out of helping people, which initially landed me in the medical field. While working in the hospital I constantly found myself circling back to fitness, giving out unsolicited fitness tips to colleagues, patients, and anyone who would listen. Eventually, my passion for health and fitness evolved from my career working in healthcare. By seeing people when they were feeling their lowest, I wanted to find a solution to help people feel their best. I love how empowering it is to feel strong, and I thrive off of learning new things. Fitness has changed my life and has fueled a desire to pursue a career to share my passion with others. My favorite thing about fitness is that you can impact so many different individuals. It doesn’t matter your level or age, it’s just about getting started, and with every session you begin to build a habit that will have a tremendous impact on your health and wellness. Good days build momentum.
