At Motor City Barbell Club, we've designed a schedule to cater to all your training and fitness needs. Training Hall, the heart of group coaching, offers flexible training sessions where members can thrive in an energetic group setting focusing on Olympic Weightlifting including strength and conditioning. For those seeking a more focused environment, our small group coaching accommodates 4-6 members, ensuring personalized attention and efficient workouts. Open gym access is an exclusive perk for all members, available only outside of group coaching hours, providing the flexibility to train at your own pace. Additionally, yoga classes are also available for drop-ins and included with recurring group coaching memberships, rounding out our comprehensive approach to fitness and well-being.
